all training on the proforma services can take place on site, or in an online meeting environment. the system is so easy to learn, that it literally takes minutes. post implementation training on further modules or for additional staff can be booked, whenever appropriate. there are no costs affiliated with initial staff training.
enabling delegated members of staff to gain a thorough understanding of the proforma hosted software and service and its capabilities is a primary objective of the implementation and training consultant. we will tailor our training schedule to fit in with the company's requirements, so that all key users are fully trained in all the relevant modules.
this is undertaken for subsequent users after the original implementation. each user of the system will have introductory training. where there are a number of users who have specific training needs, proforma can tailor suitable training. equally, we are happy to support a ‘train the trainer’ regime if appropriate.
